We are a group of people growing organically toward a cohesive vision of coffee and service. How do we support the team?

We believe that sustainability is not a destination but a way-of-working that is played out every day in our roasting facility and retail coffee bars. We aim to cultivate working environments that promote personal wellness and growth as well as a team dynamic where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Our Community

Coffee is a personal ritual for many which occurs at the intersection of diverse communities. What role do we play in the various circles that comprise community?

The measure of a community's sustainability, much like that of coffee's, is its interconnectedness. Rooted in Cincinnati, Ohio, there are unique localized opportunities for us to add our efforts to the shared social values that promote healthy, interconnected communities.
