If you are unhappy with your purchase within 10 days of the date of delivery, you may return your unopened product for a full refund or for credit toward another online purchase.
To make a return:
Please call us at 513.655.6535 and leave us with your name, address, the approximate date your order was placed, the reason for requesting a return, and a daytime phone number where you can be contacted.
Place the unopened item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and return the item to us at the address provided. [Note that some food items may not be returned for resale as determined by state law.] Since we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages, we recommend that you insure your package when sending it to us.
Your return will be credited to the card used at the time of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable except in the event that your original order was filled incorrectly.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx service. Orders are roasted fresh on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.You can expect delivery of most orders east of the Rocky Mountains within 3 business days of the closest roasting day. In order to ship internationally you must email us.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders must done via phone call at 513.655.6535 and occur before the order ships. We will try our best to assist you with cancelling any unwanted orders however we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so we cannot guarantee the order will be able to be cancelled before shipping has occurred.
