Customer Support Coordinator

Summary of Position:

Deeper Roots Coffee is a wholesale coffee roaster located in Cincinnati, OH. We
focus on quality sourcing, roasting, and service of delicious coffees. We are looking
for someone who shares our passion for excellent coffee and to represent us and
our wholesale partners.
The Customer Support Coordinator is a vital role in ensuring our wholesale clients
have a positive experience working daily with Deeper Roots Coffee. This dynamic
role requires a person that can understand the goals of Deeper Roots and their
customers while displaying a mastery of internal systems. This role also plays a part
in contributing to a positive experience for visitors to our roasting facility.
This individual will have a strong attention to detail, great communication skills
(display the use of proper grammar and punctuation with writing sample), the
ability to work well within a team as well as handle solo projects. A warm
personality and a passion to share ideas to fuel our growth into the future and to
connect our team with wholesale partners.


Duties Responsibilities:

  • Support wholesale team and accounts while relaying necessary information

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately

  • Respond to email communications and direct appropriately

  • Create and send invoices

  • Consolidate and organize daily order reports for our production team to
    successfully fulfill

  • Organize and update customer database

  • Assist in data collection and reporting

  • Multi-task multiple projects at once

  • Maintain and update product database for wholesale accounts, open and custom
    catalogs

  • Ability to communicate current and upcoming product offerings and make
    appropriate recommendations

  • Engage with wholesale team to effectively meet the needs of the accounts

  • Help facilitate weekly meetings with production and customer support staff

  • Assist in sending prospective new account samples

  • Maintain a professional, clean space for customers and visitors

  • Collect and apply appropriate payments to accounts

  • Manage customer specific details, customization; managing systems and
    expectations both internally and externally

    Schedule/Hrs:


    40hrs/week, M-F 8a-4:30pm, hours are set and interested individuals must be
    available during these times.
